Hong Kong Pools With a View

When you’re in Hong Kong, there are few things more refreshing than a swim. From the iconic harbour to the dazzling skyline, there are plenty of inspiring places to get your laps in and take in some views. But for the ultimate experience, head to one of these hotels that have pools with a view.

Located on level 9 overlooking the iconic harbour and skyline, our open-air heated pool & sun deck is the perfect place to work out or relax. The design, by Rocco Yim, perfectly melds aesthetics with the latest technology to give swimmers an immersive experience. The Angsana Spa by Banyan Tree is also on-site, allowing guests to indulge in some well-deserved R&R after an intense workout at the gym or dip in the pool.

With its breathtaking ocean-edge pools, Four Seasons is known for providing some of the best pools in town. Guests can swim in the Infinity pool and feel like they’re right in the middle of Victoria Harbour itself, while those looking for something a bit more low-key can take a dip in the Lap Pool and enjoy the unique underwater speakers that play soothing music to soothe muscles. There is even a hot and cold whirlpool for a quick cool down or just to ease those tired muscles!

The JW Marriott’s outdoor pool is a true oasis in the heart of urban Hong Kong. Located in Admiralty, it’s the perfect spot to soak up some sun and swim around with all of Hong Kong’s stunning skyscrapers surrounding you. The pool is also home to an al fresco fish bar and pool lounge so you can refuel after your swim. And if you have little ones in tow, they’ll love splashing about in the outdoor kid lagoon complete with water shooters, aqua tunnels and slides.

Overlooking the city skyline and harbor, the Kerry Hotel’s rooftop pool is the perfect spot to kick off your holiday in style. With its own state-of-the-art double height gym, pool bar and play area, it really is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong’s streets below. With a tagline of ‘Work out, wind down’ the rooftop is truly an escape for locals and visitors alike.

If you’re visiting from overseas, it’s recommended to bring an Octupus card, which can be used for public transport and many of the city’s attractions including most swimming pools. This is a great way to avoid having to change currency and to save on the hassle of carrying around cash. You can purchase an Octupus card online, at the airport, or on the MTR. You can also use it to buy drinks and snacks in the pool bar. And don’t forget to snap some photos of your swim! You’ll want to remember this amazing Hong Kong experience. And who knows, you might just be inspired to come back for another visit!
